I was in a dispute with a major catalogue store. I purchased a a leather armchair and sofa. The arm of the armchair caved in within 6 months,they sent round their own inspectors to check the furniture and stated it was not a manufacturers fault,therefore not entitled to a refund or repair. I contacted Diamond Munoz,he was really helpful and very knowledgeable,he commissioned a detailed report which was forwarded onto the catalogue company. Within a week I had a refund for the furniture report and the armchair and sofa have been taken back and the full amount refunded.I am certain that without the help of Diamond I would of not got this result.
