My laptop crashed at 9pm on a Friday. I call Click2fix at 10pm and Kevin answers. He agrees to let me take it in the next morning. Throughout the process he kept me updated and gave me options and realistic expectations. There was an initial fee agreed, and that was needed to increase due to the work load, however I don't feel overcharged for the work done. I was able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon without needing to wipe the system.
