I was badly let down by my regular Boiler Serviceman and Aran was more than happy to call out at short notice and repair my boiler. He will be servicing it from now on. Many Thanks

Glad I was able to help. Unfortunately this industry is plagued with unqualified people who aren't available when things go wrong.

APPALLING SERVICE

I, along with 3 other people, sttod for over 2 hours today at The Downe Hospital, waiting for an non-existent Town Service Bus. Not 1 Bus arrived in that 2 hour time frame, despite a phone call to the Downpatrick Office.
We eventually called a Taxi. The Driver informed us that this is a regular occurrence. He has to pick people up on a regular basis due to the lack of the Town Service Bus picking up at The Downe Hospital.
Why encourage people to use Public Transport when it is so unreliable.
