Stuart Murray failed to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court on Monday 28th November 2022, sent a local agent to appear on his behalf, this was the day of the Trial.I would point out that prior to me attending Court, my solicitor Murray had informed me that an agreement had been reached with the Fiscal to adjourn the case and that it would not be called, but that I would still have to attend.When I arrived, there was no sign of my solicitor and I became extremely concerned, especially when the case called and I then found out that I was being represented by a person who did not know the details of my case.The Fiscal denied the existence of any agreement to adjourn the case and objected to the trial being delayed.The Sheriff ordered my solicitor to come from Aberdeen to the Court to explain matters.Murray appeared at 12.05pm and quickly brushed past me saying that he would speak to me later when he found out what was going on. I believe he may have been drunk or on drugs

Went into this Shell Station to top up with petrol, car took £10.00 only of petrol, when into pay for it with a £50.00 note, she put it in the scanner and said it was not a proper £50.00 note, the scanner was not switched on, she had difficulty getting it to work, then she asked me where I got the £50,00 note, I said from the Bank, then she told me that I could not have got it from the Bank, so she was telling me that I could not have got it from the Bank, so where did I get it from the TOOTH FAIRY OR SANTA CLAUS, I had a few of them, she tried them all but the scanner was not working, she had to contact the manager, she could not get them to answer the phone, then she asked me if I had a credit card on me, I had no credit cards on me and no other form of cash, just £50.00 notes, she kept on asking me where I got the notes, I kept on telling her from the Bank, she finally got the manager he advised her not to take my £50.00 note, I had used £50.00 notes that day and had no problems.

Contacted them after hours were very helpful, told me to contact the office in the morning and they will help me

Contacted them by form on Internet, no response, contacted them by phone, got Email back from Erin Monaghan asking me to contact her, phoned her, she requested my documentation by Email, sent on 5th November late afternoon and evening, documents would have taken one hour to read, told her I had Legal Expenses that would pay them to travel over 200 miles to see me, take a statement then the 200 mile return journey, pay them to represent me. I phoned on the 10th November she was in a meeting, phoned again late afternoon told she had a lot of information to read, need to know if they would take my case, or had a conflict of interest, my Legal Insurers would fund them, I was told Erin would call me back tomorrow in the morning, I record all my phone conversations. on 11th November no return call from Erin, phoned again told she is in Court she had three days to look at my papers, my case is urgent. I told them to delete my information and documents and I would take my case elsewhere.

Contacted Kindertons about a claim, they put me to LIM Legal Insurance Management, they administer the Policy, they took weeks to do anything, Checking my Terms and Conditions, told me the name of the Solicitors they had appointed, contacted them to be advised they were not appointed, then finally appointed them, LIM said they would come and see me, 200 mile travel each way, The Solicitor said he would not be coming to see me, then a conflict of interest, the person I was suing was their client, good job I did not send then my evidence, as they would have given it to their client, Contacted Kindertons ,as it is almost 7 weeks since I submitted my claim, they contacted LIM, they said they would get back to me, 9 days later LIM had not got back to me, contacted Kindertons again, they advised me LIM would contact me, they again never did, they said they are trying to find me a Solicitor 10.000 in Scotland and 140.000 in England, obviously a problem finding a Solicitor

These were the digest bunch of Crooks in Scotland, Citroen was not interested in complaints about these GANGSTERS, Great to hear they went BANKRUPT, but I bet they screwed thousands of people.
