I came in to have an ingrown toe nail sorted which was done in next to no time. I then commented about an Achilles pain in both feet. After having a look there were a few suggestions made including changing foot wear as I have narrow feet, stretches and exercises. Two weeks following these, allowed me to play football again (2 year break) and be a lot more active. Big thank you!
