As for the reviewer that tells you to ignore negative reviews, well, I'm glad you've never had the misfortune of having to deal with possibly the worst customer services on the planet and please don't insult people's intelligence suggesting that only your experience matters. This lot are beyond useless and should be avoided at all costs!

I think you need to find a new distributer for your prefect draft kegs. Beer Hawk are rubbish.
