New client to this salon. On booking for a cut and blow I didn’t know who the experienced stylists were. Friendly welcome and chat re how I wanted my hair. However it soon became apparent into the cut that the stylist wasn’t experienced. I asked how long they had been working there and was told was still under apprenticeship. As a new client I assumed the booking would be with someone more senior. I paid the salon price on line prior to the appointment. This review is in no way meant to upset or demean this apprentice, but I honestly left the salon feeling very disappointed with my finished cut and blow which should have been a much needed pampering.
