Unfortunately I haven't had the same experience from C2 Energy as the previous reviewers, I had a new system installed about two years ago and while Terrence was responsive in the few weeks after the installation I have been unable to get a response from him via phone, text or email despite almost 50 attempts. I had to go directly to his suppliers to get help, under no circumstances use this company as you will only be disappointed especially now in the current energy crisis when you may need help.
