I haven't actually been able to use them yet but Stuart, the person who picked up the phone when I called about my constantly draining car battery, could not have been more patient or knowledgeable. He answered every one of my questions however inane and even took the time to explain how things worked with them as I will be coming from an island. He brought up the Halfords motoring club and explained all the benefits thoroughly and how it would effect my problem and make things easier going forward. I was very impressed and reassured by him and as soon as I can get things sorted with boat travel I'll be booking my car in. Thank you to Stuart, he's a real credit to his employer and I hope I remembered the correct spelling of his name!
