Fixed another garages mistakes on my BMW and sorted wayward track control arm. I was expecting to pay way-more for such an excellent, fast, friendly service

Took my BMW for a service after being advised that this was a BMW specialists. Tried to charge me more than a main dealer (then reduced bill by £100 when I challenged the cost?), advised that two of my tyres were showing the cord (even though they themselves had MOT’d the car two months previously and National tyres said there was over 5mm left on each with no defects?), broke the bracket on the expansion tank bottle and simply advised on the bill it was broken!!! They did replace the broken part when I complained and offered to fit it, I kindly declined for obvious reasons….
An expensive lesson to learn

I gave my car to WTC after BMW quoted £4K to replace the gearbox (reverse gear baulk ring snapped on a 3yr old full main dealer serviced, 50k miles car?). Gearbox fully repaired within the time frame quoted and with very friendly service. Cannot recommend enough
