I went to Kwikfit in Ramsgate today, what amazing staff and service! As I arrived to my pre-book, I was greeted by name, the work to be done was confirmed as was my phone number.
Just a short while later, a polite call to say the job is complete and ready for collection.
For a big organisation, the local service is exceptional.
