This review is regarding my experience of the Leicester store having dealt for many years with EMC tiles I have recently had an extremely bad issue with the manager there obviously massively lacking customer relations but as a manager responsible for his staff should surely be aware of customer/ company decisions made by them. Good family run company whom I have known personally for many years being let down by 2nd rate management.
