I wanted a few things to encourage me to cold water swim, and both Abi and Jess were great in helping. I chose a Robie (like a Dryrobe) and a tow float. Nothing was too much trouble and they were patient, answering all my questions and giving me time to make decisions. Thanks Abi and Jess. It was fun!

We have nothing but praise for this company and cannot recommend them highly enough. It is efficient on all counts and has never let us down. Not only that but it endeavours to help in anyway it can. We needed to have a report carried out on our septic tank and Louise helped us liaise with an excellent company to achieve this, and the report was done at the same time as the tank was being emptied by Leaders. We are very grateful to Louise for her on-going support.

This establishment is amazing, a nod to bygone years when service + courtesy was a normal expectation. And yet totally up to date. The service my husband + I received has been second to none from the information + knowledge given on my ring of choice, to having it re-sized + the level of care and concern shown by Lee to ensure it was a perfect fit. Cared for throughout the whole process. This was not a huge monetary purchase in the great scheme of things in the jewellery world, but precious to us. We were treated as valued clients and made to feel special. Absolutely remarkable in this day + age and I have to say that the purchase experience has been as valuable as the ring! They don't rush you off the premises once your purchase has been made, they invite you to return + have the ring cleaned if passing & ensure you are aware that nothing is too much trouble. Visiting area, delighted to find this excellent restaurant. Seafood linguini + creme brule to die for. Generous portions, reasonable prices. Warm friendly welcome. What's not to like? We returned on our 2nd night. Thanks guys.

We had an emergency - our septic tank suddenly needed emptying and couldn't wait. Everyone was busy and fully booked including Leaders Cornwall - but they were very sympathetic and pulled out all the stops to help us managing to fit us in. What made this company exceptional was that I felt they cared and that our enquiry was valued - something fairly unusual in this day and age. Their "wagon" was clean and shiny which says a lot. They were professional, efficient, very competitively priced, and arrived within the time slot they quoted, giving us a call 30 minutes before-hand. We are very grateful to them. Thank you Louise and Mike for saving the day. We are glad that you will be contacting us next year so that this mistake doesn't happen again!

Please, please beware if using this branch of Bathstore. Terrible experience. We were not given an order confirmation due to" the printer not working" They said they would email it to us - STILL haven't, part of the order was missing on delivery and then to top it all, we received a £100 fine from a parking company because YOU ONLY HAVE THIRTY (YES 30) MINUTES parking in their carpark - we were 45 mins. There was only one member of staff on duty at 10 in the morning when we went in and he was serving a customer so we had to wait for him to finish before placing our order. No warning was given to us about parking limit. We spoke to staff at Customer Services when we received the fine but they said nothing to do with them. We subsequently found out that if we hadn't paid the fine they could have got it rescinded for us but as we had paid there is nothing they could do - they won't even recompense us in good faith. We are still trying to get missing items delivered

What a helpful business this is! It is refreshing to be treated as a valued individual - nothing was too much trouble and the level and depth of the eye test was excellent. I was concerned as I had suddenly developed a "floater" and my eyes were checked thoroughly, and the problem of floaters explained. I was also very impressed when I took my 93 year old mother there for an eye test. Mum was treated with respect and care. She said how much she had enjoyed the visit!!

The waiting area is comfy, I was offered a drink - there were magazines on hand. The appointment was on time, even though as I was given an emergency appointment, it was explained I may have to wait. (I wouldn't have minded waiting as the ambience was very relaxed, light and airy.) Parking in Theale is easy.

Fox Fencing gave us a fair price, the quality of the materials they provided was excellent, and their workmanship "top-notch". We thought they might struggle removing original concrete posts - but they made it look easy and there wasn't a moan or swear word heard!! Not only that but they were diplomatic, courteous and turned up when they said they would. Can't fault this company - and we've heard others sing their praises too! Thank you Dean and Co.

My 89 year old mother pops round to the newsagents to buy paper, milk bread and other small supplies. The staff are always supportive to her. Mohammad makes sure she is ok. We are very grateful to them. Their food is good and prices fair. Thank you for your support

I had been to visit my daughter in Hertford & had been trying to find some football figures for our grandson's birthday cake - to no avail. When I got back to Reading I found the telephone number for Cake Creations & Crafts & gave them a call. They were very helpful and had 2 options - both very reasonably priced. The set I went for had football figures in different poses, a ref, two goals and a ball - and only cost £4.95. Whilst in the shop I kept seeing things I needed, some beautiful ribbon - and a Christmas decoration for the top of my cake. Everything reasonably priced - and all in one place. Many thanks for saving the day. My grandson will have his football cake tomorrow after all!
