I won a diamond ring described as diamond and unbranded , I thought unbranded meant no sponsor/makers mark, I took this ring to be resized for me and the jeweller said the diamonds were flawless , then it was pointed out to me they were probably lab diamonds which are worth much less, so I took it for a further testing and the sent it off to their head office and they confirmed it was lab grown diamonds , I sent the ring back to Tooveys and am still waiting for a response about reimbursement or other information from them , it was nearly £2000 so you can imagine how I feel .
