Worst most lazy and rude front desk staffI have ever come across

The worst front desk I have ever come across Rude. Lazy. We arrived early was refused a early check in we waited 4 hours. My girlfriend is pregnant we were Sat in uncomfy chairs in reception When complained. Was told I can go elsewhere as a Hilton honours member for over 10 years I did not expect this Hilton seem to employ any body on there front desk nowadays I will boycott this hotel and if you thinking of staying I would advise find another hotel or use the double which i mistakenly left the review for
