I contacted this company at 10am to enquire about a survey for a stairlift. The lovely lady that answered told me that there happened to be an engineer free and could be with us for 11am. The young man that arrived (Kenny i think) informed me that not only was there a multitude of options to chose from, though he quickly narrowed them down, but that if we wanted, he had a couple of spare hours that afternoon and could install it for us that day.

I was so grateful for this, as we were having to try and get a lift in asap to get our mother home from hospital. The engineer was back with our lift, installed and gave us a thorough demonstration and left the workspace spotless. All in all the entire process took 5 hours from initial contact to having our first ride on the lift.

I don't think I've ever dealt with a more efficient or friendly company.
