It is really difficult to write a review of Watercare without looking like I have been bribed, because all I can offer is the highest praise. When it is time for the periodic system maintenance and testing, they arrive on schedule, get on with the job, and leave everything just so. To simply call their performance professional is to damn with feint praise. But when things go wrong, that is when you realise that you are dealing with people who will do rather more than go the extra mile to help.

My system must be decades old, and that inevitably means the odd problem from time to time, and the time it chooses to play up is invariably a time that is inconvenient. The people at Watercare have never failed to respond, and never failed to get my system going again.

Put simply, these are people who really do care as much about my system as I do myself.
