An excellent and personal service from this absolute ‘find’ of an opticians in Richmond. They stock a really interesting range of specs here, which I’ve not come across anywhere else, and I have bought 2 pairs by now! Reliable, attentive service, and great after care. Highly recommended.

I recently contacted Pete because his website said he was good at problem solving. I had a relatively complex problem in my flat that two previous electricians had struggled to find a solution for, and I was concerned fixing it could cause a lot of disruption.
I am very pleased with the work Pete did. He was very professional and methodical in his approach and kept me informed on options throughout. He succeeded in resolving the problem with minimum disruption and sought solutions throughout. He also left his work in a very tidy state every day while he was doing the work.
In addition Pete was pleasant, polite, trustworthy and dependable, and his positive, can-do attitude was a great relief, because initially I had some concern about contacting someone I didn't have a personal recommendation for.
I have no hesitation in recommending Pete to anyone looking for a good electrician and would certainly use him again myself if needed.
