I have been using Tanvic for a number of years and from the moment you arrive at the reception they are both polite and professional. You are treated with respect and any banter they take it all in their stride. Never had reason to question their vehicle serving ability and they are quick to inform you of any possible defects that may occur at a later date or advise you in taking immediate action for your own safety and any passengers.
