While any fool can cut a standard key, many locks require special blanks and a lot more specialist knowledge. The lady at this shop clearly knows her stuff.
I have had keys cut for my caravan Alko hitch lock by a Cotswold hardware shop and Timpsons, both failed but didn’t offer a refund.

My wife heard a loud and unusual noise from her car while travelling the 25 mile journey from work. It was louder when she braked. So sensibly stopped in the first safe place and called the AA. It was ten to six on a February evening, it was dark and cold and she was in the countryside. Despite being a lone female in a dangerous and unsettling situation, the AA told that it would be 1 and 1/2 hours before they could get to her. After waiting almost an hour, she received a text message from Burke Bros telling her that they wouldn’t be with her until 11:30 pm. That’s just short of a 6 hour wait!

I went out to her. In our other car. After checking, I discovered that it’s a bake pad grinding. I decided to drive her car home and she would drive mine. I am extremely angry about their lack of care and poor prioritisation. If they haven’t got the resources, they shouldn’t be contracting to the AA.

We have been long standing customer at Plumbits and sadly report that they are not as good as they used to be on price or service.

We priced up the furniture and fittings to refit one of our en-suite bathrooms, Plumbits budget range worked out at just over £700. We eventually brought far superior stuff from a large DIY chain for under £650. Another example, Sticks Like turbo glue: Plumbits trade counter £9.75, elsewhere £7.49.

You need to get your act together Plumbits, otherwise more of your customers are going to go the same way as us!
