I fully endorse all the 5 star reviews. Rollwright installed our garage roller doors, and also constructed a specially designed set of steps into the garage for my disabled wife, for which they charged only at cost. Recently I had a problem with the doors, and Rollwright installed new doors, within 24 hours, at no cost, even though the old doors were out of guarantee. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. That was not my experience. The company kept me well informed about when the engineer, Neil, would arrive. When he did, he listened to the problem, analysed the fault carefully, and then went thoroughly through the repair options, with advice on the choices I could make. After he had installed a new aerial he retuned my set-top box and TV to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction.

Simon has just finished installing a new bathroom, including walk-in shower. I have been totally satisfied both with his work and his general helpfulness. Would most certainly recommend him. He also acted as the project manager for the other specialist tradesmen who were involved. He laid out a clear timetable, and was very helpful in ensuring that minor problems which occurred were fixed.
