I write to commend the experience I always receive when attending the dental surgery at Midland Road, in Bedford. Above all, I am very happy with the service provided and booking of an appointment at a convenient time. My dentist Dr Ampah is highly skilled, friendly and easy going, as expected from one’s dentist, but she always indicates that she is aware of the whole patient, and not just their mouth! I've been registered at this surgery for a number of years and have no reason to switch, such is the excellent treatment I always receive here.

Dent Bustas are simply brilliant. I've saved a lot of money and my car looks perfect again after having three very noticeable car park dents removed from my Peugeot RCZ. I am a very fussy customer who insists on perfection and would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Dent Bustas who offer a 100% reliable and courteous service with excellent value for money too. Collected car and noticed heater not working properly on drive home so called them to report the issue. When I arrived home I looked under the hood and was horrified to that the water level was too low and that oil was splattered over the engine bay during the oil change. I returned to the dealership the next day to show them the evidence of their incompetence and to have the issue with the heater looked at. They said they could not see anything wrong with the heater and apologised for the messy engine bay and offered a valet. I felt insulted as two round trips cost me nearly £50 in fuel. Disgusted with the attitude of this dealer but had been previously warned to be honest. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone especially if you have a genuine complaint, they will just dismiss your concerns. Unless of course you buy a nice shiny new car!
