Had the most dreadful experience with the young female on the tills when a reserve and collect wasnt available. Hours after they should have notified not available resulted in trip to store to be met by the rather rude assistant who basically blamed the customer because and her words, were too busy to call and follow their own policy and then made to feel was the customers fault for wanting to buy something

Far too many times look at fish here and they should not be on sale. The staff seem to lack knowledge

Could not recommend enough. After from a very poor installation from a company based at woodhouse (located Bishop Gardens) these guys came, priced up and sorted out replacement. If only I went here first. I can not recommend enough

If could give zero stars that would be too much. Where to start, surveyor turning up at wrong time, not having correct equipment when attended, not measured correctly to fit date not being on agreed time or date, taking forever to fit, leaving house a mess to repairs needing to be completed but not. Overall I would not recommend unless you want lots of stress and someone who clearly will say yes to anything to get your money then once the deposit is over the communication drops. Very over powering man when trying to raise issues and makes you feel at fault. Be mindful of all the many reviews that are supposed to be good, when looking most of these are from people who have only left this company feedbacK, fake or what!
