Simon and Yasper were professional, helpful and thoughtful. They did what we expected, within the stated time and price. They cleared up daily and screened around their working area which minimised dust around the house. The replacement windows match perfectly with the existing and the renovations mean that sashes are sound, and windows are both smooth in operation and draught proof. We used Copycats 17 years ago and had no hesitation in coming back to them now and would if necessary again in the future.
