Outstanding service! House-bound (Covid) we took up the offer of free collection/delivery (up to 100 miles): within an hour of our acceptance of the professionally-produced quotation, our car VW Golf 2006, which had been grinding noises suggesting an unhappy future event, was returned seemingly as good as new (and 12 month written guarantee). Throughout, Ian (the boss) kept us up-dated, and it’s his passion for customer service which deserves the ‘outstanding’ label.
