Amazing company to deal with!
My parents had an issue with their roof, they contacted me (as they are elderley and unsure what to do) but as I was working away I had to pass my trust into a roofing company that would both sort out the problem but also not take the mick with my parents.
True roof direct were absolutely amazing - came out, sorted the issue and at a superb cost - actually lower that what I had even hoped for!

My wife had a puncture whilst out with our 2 kids & called me in a sheer panic - I called these guys and they were out and with my wife in 20mins!!

Absolutely brilliant service from Jim & the team.
Had an issue with my dry verge previously incorrectly installed from another roofing company - Jim came out to have a look, provided a very reasonable quote to remove existing system and refit all correctly, thus preventing any future issues we might have had.
Really happy with the service and the 2 ads that came to fix couldnt have been better, setting our minds at ease, explaining what they ere going to do and even fully cleaned up any debris that had fallen from the work done.
Wouldnt hesitate in recommending these to anyone needing any roofing work.
