AVOID!! Initially a great job other than having to replace the shower pump shortly after installation. Months later the pump failed again and despite trying to contact Chris via phone, text and email we were totally ignored, even to the point of him appearing to block my mobile number. We contacted the pump manufacturer directly who confirmed that the wrong type of pump had been used hence the failure. Eventually we had to employ another plumber and buy another pump, total added cost to us of over £300.
