Matt cleaned our chimney and serviced our log burner last week, he arrived on time and was exceptionally clean and tidy. He highlighted a couple of things that needed replacing but wasn't at all pushy and only said that he could do them when asked by us. He replaced the rope on both doors and fire cement seals, he made a very neat job of both. The invoice and certificate were both issued by email within an hour of him leaving. We would not hesitate in recommending him and will use him again in the future ourselves.
