Rachael visited my wife in her Care Home for the first time today to trim her currently less-than-well-maintained toenails and generally check her feet and I was very impressed with her professionalism, skill and gentleness. My wife, like so many others, is sensitive when having her feet done but she was totally happy with how Rachael treated her feet and felt no discomfort whatsoever. Then it was my turn and, yet again, I could not fault her work on my ingrowing toenails and she even managed to pare back a problematic corn at the same time so, in brief, we WILL be using Rachael again as and when needed.
Without intentionally upsetting the Care Home I will be recommending Rachael as an alternative to their current "nail trimmer" who has been there for many years. Thanks again Rachael
