stranded at side of the motorway despite paying a £35 voluntary excess , no answer after initial breakdown call, unable to use the online service as promised too, was told 60-90 mins , then message from breakdown company with a ETA of over 2 and a half hours, 3 hrs later and still waiting......guy eventually turns up to tell me cant take the dog, so the dog has to travel terrified on her own in the van on back of the recovery, .. total pieces of .....
