Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Regency Fire & Security.

Arranged a quote with them - they came earlier than planned for the quote and didn't reply to my phone calls when I saw I'd missed a call from them. Later sent curt email with photo "evidence" that they'd shown up (to... the WRONG HOUSE) and didn't bother to call me back to apologise or re-arrange when I realised what had happened. Happy to provide conversation history and screenshots to anyone who wants to see them. Don't waste your time!
