I placed an order with Sewfast to make a pair of curtains providing them with the material and the measurements. When the curtains were completed and collected I checked them and discovered that they had been made incorrectly. The company agreed to correct their mistake and on completion charged me a further fee. I argued the point with them to no avail even though it was their fault. I will not be using this firm again.
