I recently had BM Plumbing + Heating out to service my oil boiler, and I highly recommend them. Brendan arrived exactly on time and carried out the work incredibly efficiently. What really set the service apart was that Brendan took the time to give me lots of practical advice on how to get the best performance out of my system going forward. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable—fantastic service from start to finish!

Huge thanks to the team at BSF Solid Surfaces for creating our stunning new bespoke reception desk. Huge thanks to the team at MATTR Projects for completing an extensive house renovation and extension on my property in Mayfair. From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and site management were first-class. The structural work for the extension is seamless, and the quality of the interior finishing is simply immaculate. Transparent communication, highly skilled tradespeople, and a dedicated team who take immense pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use them again!

XLS Electrical recently completed a full house rewire on a property I rent out in Chelmsford, and the workmanship was faultless. Mark and Billy did the work and were absolutely brilliant throughout—punctual, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and hardworking. A full rewire is a major job, but they kept disruption and mess to an absolute minimum and left the house clean and tidy. Transparent pricing, great communication, and all the required electrical safety certificates were issued without delay. Highly recommend XLS Electrical to anyone needing top tier electrical work in Essex!

Huge thanks to JPB Landscapes for installing our new garden fence recently. Ordered a birthday bouquet for my auntie from Erica Berry Flowers, and they were simply gorgeous. The arrangement was expertly crafted with fresh, natural flowers, and the delivery was spot on. My auntie was over the moon with them and commented on how lovely they smelled and how long they lasted. A fantastic local Yorkshire florist with top-tier customer service. Thank you!

Huge thanks to the team at Smith & Saunders Electrical for installing our solar panels and battery storage. They are a top tier local Suffolk company. Polite, competitively priced, and extremely tidy. They made what seemed like a complex piece of tech really easy to understand and took care of all the necessary certification and paperwork behind the scenes. The workmanship on the roof and around the battery unit is spot on, with no messy wiring anywhere. We’re already seeing the drop in our electricity bills. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We honestly can't thank Dan and the team at Adverse Mortgage Advisors enough. As first time buyers with defaults on my credit file, we were convinced that getting a mortgage was a distant dream. From our very first conversation, Dan was incredibly reassuring, highly knowledgeable, and never made us feel judged. He guided us through the entire process, found a lender willing to look at our actual situation, and successfully got us our first mortgage! If you think your credit history means you can't buy a home, do yourself a favour and speak to Dan.

I had a really positive experience with Dan for anxiety support. Dan was professional, understanding, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference from the very first session.

His approach felt calm and supportive, and I found the sessions genuinely helpful in managing my anxiety. I’m really glad I reached out and would highly recommend Dan Nowell Counselling to anyone looking for support.
