Still no carpet.

This company were contacted end of May and asked to call back to arrange a carpet fitting. Late in June we received a message saying that "the boy in the office didn't pass on the message" and we finally received a visit on the 2nd July. We didn't hear again until late July, asking if we were in the next day for fitting. No, we can't cancel something with 24 hours notice. Fast forward another month of leaving messages and asking for calls back. Arrived on 22nd August to fit carpet. Ripped up old one, couldn't fit the new one. Stuck it back down. Left 6 and 4 inch pieces of carpet gripper on the patio with rusty nails in it. Probably the worst customer service I've received, dangerous too. Avoid.
