I always say to Maurice (Mo) that it's good to see him, sadly it's always under difficult circumstances.
William Bell & Co have always looked after our wider Family when the occasion has arisen, for as long as I can remember.
In 2018 I had occasion to engage them personally when our Mother passed away and again just recently when our Dad passed suddenly.
We cannot fault the service we have received, in those most awful times, having the personal and professional attention is so important. We had such comfort in knowing Mum & Dad were treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
The support my sister and I had most recently from Maurice, Ann and the team was incredible. From the respectful execution of the necessities, to the chats and light hearted banter at just the right moment. The tissues passed when needed, the cuppas and of course the Club Biscuits 😉

Order delivered damaged (packaging was V poor, blind was bent) and it was rejected and handed back to courier on 22nd April, just off my 3rd phonecall since then (it's now 10th May) and just been advised replacement hasn't even been ordered! Have asked for refund. Customer service doesn't even seem that bothered to be losing a customer.

Excellent and friendly service at a reasonable price! We called and left a message and within 1hr we had a call back and a time the same day to come out and deal with a wasps nest that had managed to get into a cavity of some sort above a first floor window at the rear of our house. Brian and Amy were efficient and friendly and had the issue sorted quickly with no fuss or mess. Very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend!

Can't fault Russell and his team! We bring both our cars here, a modern Audi and a 44 year old BMW and every time the work is done on time (or sooner than expected), costs are explained clearly (and always extremely reasonable, don't resent a penny I've paid them) and the standard of work couldn't be higher. Just excellent.

I posted a review 10 months ago and this has just recently been removed due to “offensive” language,which is ironic as I was just quoting what a member of staff said (not allowed to mention them by name either apparently), so here is the edited version -
I was quoted a reasonable price for the wheels but when they were dropped off by my mechanic they refused to do them, because he did not want to bother masking off the centre section of the wheel (actual offensive quote not allowed). Went elsewhere.

My Mother passed away suddenly and we needed my Dad's suit dry cleaned and returned ASAP.
White Label were excellent and sympathetic and I would highly recommend them.

Wheels were sent to these guys by my mechanic. We were quoted £120 to powder coat 4 wheels and paint the centre sections black. They had to be chased to get the wheels back after 11 days and didn't return phonecalls. When we eventually got hold of them, there is black overspray on all 4 wheels and a very poor and uneven edge. To add insult to injury they demanded £230 which we had to pay to get the wheels back. Can't post photos of the work here but won't be too hard to find as I'll be posting them on other review sites. Still waiting for an invoice as well!

We've used Anita's Fabulous Flowers for about 11 years now, started when we lived close by, but we've continued to make the trip since we moved to Ards 9 years ago. Anita did the flowers for our wedding reception and everyone was so impressed I know several friends have used her services since. Anita can always be relied upon to design a beautiful arrangement to your specifications, either modern or classical - can't be beaten!

I used McKee and Birnie when I was looking for a roll of anaglypta to make a repair in our Victorian house. I was able to find it online, but delivery charges for one roll from Mainland UK were extortionate! McKee and Birnie were able to source the paper for me and include it in one of their deliveries, so it worked out much cheaper overall. Next time I'll go to them first!

We've used Anita's Fab Flowers for about 11 years now, we started when we lived down the road and now we live in Newtownards and still make the trip to Knock! Anita knows her stuff and has a great eye for design and can always put together the right arrangement for you - contemporary or classic! We used Anita for our own Wedding reception flowers and so have friends - they too have been delighted.
