I am a very fussy customer and had no complaints about Cedar Carpets. I have just had two bedrooms and two staircases carpeted by them and am very pleased indeed.
I was having building work done and the boss came to measure up well in advance but could remember the details of the job weeks later when I placed my order. He was ready with advice, honest with his opinions and genuinely keen that I should get the right carpet for my needs. He is not always around in the shop (goes out fitting carpets himself when necessary in order to make sure customers get the service they expect) but the friendly man who works with him in the shop is happy to ring him up for advice.
They were very trusting in letting me go off with samples and ordered larger pieces to help me decide. Nothing was too much trouble.
The fitters were courteous, highly competent and really committed to producing the best possible job. The work they did was flawless.
If you go to the shop you may find the style more laid back and the layout just a touch chaotic compared to big high street carpet stores, but don't be put off - based on my experience, they are highly professional.
Whilst you are there, don't forget to pop across the road to sample the amazing baklava and other Lebanese specialities at Nut Case!
