Do NOT ride here - UNSAFE & DANGEROUS
1
After getting a Groupon deal for this riding school for a 3 hour riverside hack that ended up being a 20 minute walk along the pavement I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT RIDE HERE! The safety of their riders and welfare of their horses is not a priority - it is extremely UNSAFE & DANGEROUS to ride here!
I would rather give no stars but Yell won't let me!

Fab riding school

I ride regularly at this school (Thursday night adult mixed ability lesson) and really enjoy it! The teacher (Carol) is fab & the little staff are really helpful. Horses are well treated & looked after.

Very poor service
1
I have been extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Robert Ellis whilst selling my house with them and am struggling to see what they have done to earn their commission fee!
Everytime we ring the office to speak to the agent dealing with our sale she is always mysteriously 'on the other line' and are assured that she will call back - often several hours later we are having to contact the office again as we have not had our call returned.
It is very clear that there is no proactive gathering of updates from the buyers - the initial message that we had called while she was 'on the other line' is very clearly the only prompt. Not once have I been contact with an update without having requested one.
It feels that even though as the sellers we are the one that will be paying their fee - i.e. THEIR CUSTOMER - they are very much on the side of the buyers.
I would definitely avoid selling with Robert Ellis - if anything, they have made a very stressful situation worse.
