Had bones in a duck chow mein, ribs were cold in the middle, they forgot the sweet and source sauce and sent it by driver 30 minutes later after we had finished eating and all for the sum of £25 They apologised and agreed we might try them again for a free meal, but repeat order resulted in a discussion about what was originally wrong and what they replace free. A complaint is a chance to put things right not re-negotiate the apology. Best in Deal at the moment is Lucious, delivery can be slow but the food is good.
