Don’t understand why there have been bad reviews here. If you read their website and do what the reception staff recommend you will not have any problem. If your phoning, phone at 8:30am. Simple. If you are able to go in person even better. Reception staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The medical staff are absolutely excellent and you will be hard pushed to find any better in North Ayrshire, I speak from experience. If they’re busy, it’s because they are so good.
