Hats off to the holiday inn, as they seem to be the only reasonably priced hotel chain to have solved the problem of keeping guests fed during the pandemic. Evening meals are done via scanning the QR code for the menu and then collection from reception. Breakfast is all laid out, packaged up ready for you, with a fair selection of offerings and you simply walk through with your goody bag filling it with the hot or cold items to eat in your room or take away. Special mention to Francesca who takes the trouble to learn guests names and even recognises us through the silly masks. Well done holiday inn... bravo

Most pleased with the haircut and excellent service from the lovely, chatty young lady with the long red hair. I will definitely be coming here again.
