My laptop screen broke on the Friday night (smashed completely) - I rang on the Saturday morning to enquire. By Saturday afternoon (less than 24 hours after it smashed) it was fixed and working again. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Corporate companies had a 7 day turn around with double the price.
