AVOID Using the Coinstar Machine at This Location

I’m sharing this to save others from the same awful experience I had. I recently used the Coinstar machine here and ended up losing £10 to £15 out of the £25 I’d earned in tips from bartending. The machine abruptly stopped working while I was feeding in coins and told me to seek assistance from a store employee.

When I went to the service desk/security box, I was met with complete indifference. Not only did the staff act as if it wasn’t their problem, they refused to help and told me to “just call Coinstar myself.” There was zero effort to resolve the situation or take any accountability, even though the machine is on their premises and it’s their customers being affected.
