I have never experienced such rudeness in my life, My gran paid £400 for an outfit for her granddaughters wedding, she bought in on Thursday 4th December on Sunday the 7th December she had a fall and has broke a bone in her thigh, she is now going to be in hospital for 6-8 weeks, I was giving no compassion when asked for a refund or credit note. I was advised store policy doesn't do refunds or credit notes and their is signs all over the shop. Some people skills and compassion is needed in this store
