I used Hartree Surveyors for a survey of a 1930's house. Chris from Hartree is a thorough , professional surveyor, who provided a very comprehensive report on the property and enabled me to renegotiate the purchase price based on the work that was recommended.
He also backed up the report with two lengthy phone calls , explaining the remedial work to be carried out. Excellent all round and I highly recommend Hartree.
