This is our favourite family hotel. A typical 4 star country house hotel that lets the kids run freely. There is a good swimming pool, enormous in door play area and best of all the kids eat early. Once they are asleep or watching a DVD the child listening service takes over and you get to have a meal with the adults!!

The food and service were very good with the Thai dishes being our favourite. However the surroundings and ambience were a big let down. This is not a cheap place to eat (Our bill was £85) so when the overcrowded bar spread into the restaurant it really spoilt the occasion. Is this a crowded Friday night bar or is it a restaurant? It shouldn't try to be both.
