The Fast Response team attended two jobs. One quite difficult replacement of a leaking pipe was fixed without any fuss, particularly as it was 20 ft up on an outdoor pipe. The second job requires a new kitchen tap. The engineer explained and showed me the problem, so I understood we need a new tap and have ordered one. They will come back to complete the job
