Having been to Clarks in Ormskirk twice in a couple of years For Sunday opening , I find the place a shambles , first time kept me waiting outside for over 40 minutes , as a work colleague had overslept and could not open with one person. Then today was informed could not open as light downstairs gone out , and could not give me time when it would be fixed ? Only want to buy a pair if shoes
