This place is an absolute joke and the owner is a scammer (incidentally, it is NOT under new management, as they have claimed purely in a dishonest attempt to distance themselves from past bad reviews - it's exactly the same people!). They don't listen when they take your order, don't bother writing it down and then proceed to destroy your clothes. This has happened to me on four separate occasions - each time they promised emphatically that they would take extra care because of the last disaster and, foolishly, I trusted them! Then, they have proceeded to completely destroy hundreds of pounds (in total, £1800) worth of clothing - making them completely unwearable. And, each time, they have shirked their responsibility. Trading Standards needs to investigate them. So, my advice would be to only use them if you are perfectly happy to have your items returned to you completely ruined and unwearable.
