After waiting 6hours for an NHS ambulance to transport my terminally ill husband to a Norwich hospice I looked on line and found Med - pts ,what a find ,they were wonderful ,Professional and caring.Highly recommend them and if needed would definitely use them again. Thank you Rob and team .
