I was left in a difficult spot late at night and had my van towed by the AA to my nearest garage ,here .I was impressed the following morning when I rang up to find the work had already been done .I wasn't even sure if they could have fitted it in ..One of the mechanic's had to drive to collect the part before fitting it and had trouble with the spare tyre ,which would have been annoying and time consuming ... I wasn't happy with price considering the standard of the second hand part fitted . But after talking with him ,realised it was not a fault of Knowle Garage but where the part was sourced. I was given over half my money back as a good will gesture and had my vehicle checked right then . I was really grateful . Especially considering they were not expecting to have the extra work load that day my van was left on the forecourt in their way ..

Really great team. They did a sterling job yesterday on my flat. They worked hard and thoroughly, with a positive and calm manner. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.
